Returns outside Denmark:
For returns from countries outside Denmark, you must arrange the return yourself.
Here's how you do it:
Complete the return forms you received at the bottom of the order confirmation and attach it to the shipment.
Place your return items neatly in the shoe box provided, and pack the box securely in a shipping bag or box.
Send the package with your chosen carrier to the address below: Gogsig ApS, AP Moellers Alle 9D, Port 5, 2791 Dragoer, Denmark
Remember to get a receipt for handing in your package - this is your proof that the package has been handed over to the transporter in the event that the package should disappear along the way.
Your return is now on its way to us and will be processed as soon as possible.
When the return has been processed and approved, you will receive an email stating that the money has been refunded. It usually takes 2-3 banking days for the money to reach your account.
ATTENTION
Shoes and shoe box are returned in the same condition as they were received.
The shoe box cannot be used for shipping. It must be securely packed in a bag or box.
Frequently asked questions
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. (but it's faster for you to simply order the desired size/model and then make a return)
Indicate the requested size you want on the return form.
Once the return package has been received and processed, we will send a replacement pair.
Has my return arrived?
You can always follow your package on Track & Trace. You will receive a tracking number on your receipt when you hand in the package.
When will I receive my money?
After we have processed and approved the return, you will receive a confirmation that a credit has been made to your account. It usually takes 2-3 banking days before the money is in the dn account. It depends on your bank.
The shoe has a defect. What do I do?
