As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to Customercare@gogsig.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns from Denmark:
You can buy a return label here . You are responsible if damage occurs during the return transport. If you do not collect the parcel from the parcel shop and the parcel is returned, you will receive a credit note for the item when it is returned. The price of the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies, for example, to very large items or very large orders. The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of DKK 500.
Returns from Europe:
The buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipping himself.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Can all children use barefoot shoes?
Fortunately, the majority of all children are born with completely normal and well-functioning feet, and yes, they can all use barefoot shoes .
It is normal for children up to the age of 5-6 to have flat feet, and wearing barefoot shoes will only strengthen the instep.
If your child has some kind of crookedness or abnormality in the feet or ankles, I would recommend that you first talk to a health professional . They are completely in control of how the foot should best be trained.
Can you use barefoot shoes when you have previously used conventional children's shoes?
For children aged 1-8 years, there are no problems transitioning to barefoot shoes .
From the age of 7-8, it may be a good idea to make a slower transition, so that the foot can adapt to the "new" way of using the foot, and once again strengthen all the muscles and tendons in the foot.
Which size should I choose?
You can find the instructions for measuring your feet and choosing the right shoe here
When should the child have the first pair of shoes?
Usually it is said that the child must learn to take the first steps in bare feet, so ideally it will be when the child has learned to walk.
Strengthening balance when children have just learned to walk is important for their motor development. Here are some tips on how you can help:
🦶🏼Walk barefoot as much as possible - it helps to feel the surface and strengthens the muscles.
👣Use barefoot shoes when barefoot is not an option.
🍀Play on different surfaces such as grass, sand and gravel.
🦶🏼Balance games like walking on a line or standing on one leg are fun and beneficial.
💃🏼Dance and music can make balance exercises even more fun!
👶 Let's help the little ones take safe and strong steps!
Can barefoot shoes be used as a prewalker shoe?
Yes, they certainly can! If the child has just learned to stand and needs a little non-slip surface, I would recommend using a soft slipper . Then you can look at shoes when the child is more stable on his feet and begins to walk around on his own!
After this, our Mateo or transition shoes will be really good as Pre-walker shoes.

Children's Barefoot Shoes: The Sensible Choice for Healthy Feet
As parents we want the best for your children. We want to see them grow, explore, and thrive in the healthiest way possible. A key to achieving this is the right footwear, and that's where children's barefoot shoes come into the picture.
- Natural Foot Development: Barefoot shoes mimic the feeling of walking barefoot. This allows your children's feet to develop naturally, as nature intended. Toes have room to spread, and soles gradually strengthen.
- Improved Balance and Coordination: Barefoot shoes promote better balance and coordination in children. Without the constraints of traditional shoes, they can explore the world more freely and build their motor skills.
- Strengthened Muscles: Barefoot shoes exercise the small muscles in the feet and ankles, resulting in stronger musculature. This is crucial for injury prevention and maintaining healthy feet throughout life.
- All-Day Comfort: Our barefoot shoes are not only healthy; they are also comfortable. Your children can wear them all day without discomfort, ideal for their play and adventures.
- Durability: We understand that active children can put their shoes through a lot of wear and tear. Our barefoot shoes are designed to be durable and withstand the most adventurous days.
- Modern Style: Our collection features a range of modern designs that not only fit your child's feet but also their style.
As parents, it's important to make the best choices for your children's health and well-being. Barefoot shoes allow you to do just that by promoting natural foot development, strengthening muscles, and enhancing balance and coordination in your children. And with our modern designs, you can also let your children express their personal style.
So why wait? Give your children the healthiest footprint possible by choosing our barefoot shoes. Let them explore the world in the best way—naturally, healthily, and in style. Active parents know that health is the greatest treasure we can give our children, and our barefoot shoes are the key to unlocking a world of health and adventure.
